Employment opportunities are generally advertised on the College website, The Tasmanian Catholic Education Office website, teachers.on.net, and the College's social media channels. Applicants for teaching positions must be registered as a teacher with the Tasmanian Teachers Registration Board or be able to obtain registration before their employment commencement date. Teachers must also hold Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) require successful applicants for other employment positions at the College to hold a current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (prior to employment) and a National Police Criminal History Check.
Responses should include a cover letter, application form, response to selection criteria, certified copies of qualifications and resume. Enquiries can be directed to the College's HR Coordinator on 6424 7622. Employment conditions are as per the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement (2018).
If a teacher wishes to be added to the Relief Teaching register, they will need to satisfy the same conditions of registration as above (TRB and WWVP) and can submit a copy of their resume to the College. Resumes are normally retained for 12 months.
