Students have an opportunity to represent the College both individually and as part of a team. There are a number of co-curricular sports that students can participate in on a social and competitive level. The College employs a full-time Sports Administrator to coordinate these offerings.
The College is a member of the Sports Association of Tasmanian Independent Schools (SATIS) and its Northern branch, NSATIS. This allows us to compete against other non-government schools in sports such as: Soccer, Football, Netball, Tennis, Basketball, Swimming, Cross Country, Athletics, and Rowing.
As part of the High School Sport Program, students can compete against other high schools in sports such as Netball, Soccer, AFL, Basketball, Touch Football, Rugby Union, Futsal, Mountain Bike Riding, and Surf Lifesaving.
There are many other sporting opportunities across the North West Coast of Tasmania outside of our school-endorsed programs. Many of our students play for local regional sporting clubs and excel at a state and national representative level. For further information on local sporting opportunities, please contact the Sports Coordinator.
